ABIE Education Centres


ABIE centers offer English training courses for Chinese children as designed and directed by ABIE Headquarters. These courses are fully integrated with current American curriculum in addition to children’s second language learning philosophies and methodologies. Additionally, ABIE courses combine face-to face teaching with interactive smart board technology and online teaching to create an effective, practical, and entertaining learning environment.

  • Native English speaker

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • TEFL or TESOL certificate desirable

  • Excellent communication skills, reliable and friendly

  • Love of teaching and children

  • Able to pass visa checks (including no criminal background check)


  • Minimum one year contract

  • Providing classroom instruction to 10 to 12 students, aged 3 to 12 years old, with the assistance of one local teacher. Textbooks, interactive smart boards, teaching software and lesson plans are provided by the school.

  • Providing high quality, professional teaching at all times

  • Preparing demonstration classes and extra-curricular activities as required

  • Helping students reach the level of English specified in the learning objectives

  • Administering tests

  • Providing academic advice and assistance to student in and out of the classroom

  • Taking and interest in and giving advice on individual students’ progress



  • Salary between £24,500 and £35,000 (after tax) plus up to £220 monthly bonus

  • Salary increases 10% per year
